The schedule is built with your office around the bell: divisions come down one at a time, a teacher keeps the line moving, and each class is back to work in roughly twenty minutes. Kindergartens get the gentlest slot of the day and as much patience as they need.
Secondary students get thirty seconds of real direction (chin, shoulders, genuine smile), because a yearbook photo shouldn't look like a licence renewal. ID and admin-system exports are available whenever the office needs them.
